100 Grapes

In 2012, I am attempting to try a hundred different grape varieties.  An easy challenge you may think, but I'm not allowed to only go for the mainstream, easy varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay.  I have to try wines that are more obscure and learn about them as well, and I'm bringing you along for the ride.

The wines have to be at least 85% of that single variety, although ideally they should be entirely made of the grape.
